Physical Therapist | Rehab Services | Pay Rate: Discussed at interview | Shift: ft/days
Organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs in the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. In addition, help patients reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Prior experience a plus. Must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with an IL license.
Physical Therapist Assistant | Rehab Services | Pay Rate: Discussed at interview | Shift: ft/days
Assist the Staff Physical Therapists in the patients’ initial and subsequent evaluations, and administer quality physical therapy programs as planned and directed by Staff Physical Therapists. An Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, and must be IL licensed or license eligible. Open to experienced and new grads. Prior aquatic experience a plus.
RN-Med Surg | | Pay Rate: Discussed at interview | Shift: /pm/pt & nocs/pt
Provide total nursing care to patients. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an IL RN license.
Clinical Case Coordinator | Quality Improvement | Pay Rate: Discussed at interview | Shift: pt/days
Performs admission and concurrent reviews of patient medical record data using screening criteria. Works and communicates with a variety of clinical staff to ensure federal, state, and other third party requirements are met. Able to function in a team setting with minimal supervision with excellent communication skills. IL RN License and computer experience required. Previous utilization review experience preferred. Day shift with some weekend coverage.
Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant- Community Health | | Pay Rate: Discussed at interview | Shift: ft or pt/days
Provide home visits to evaluate and treat adult patients following disease, injury or orthopedic surgery to prevent disability and reach maximum performance. PTA will work under the supervision of a PT. Must be a graduate from an accredited PT or PTA program with an IL license. Open to new grads and experienced PT or PTA.
Tech I | Environmental Services | Pay Rate: Discussed at interview | Shift: pt/days&pm
Clean and maintain assigned areas of the Hospital in a sanitary and attractive condition. High school diploma or GED required.
Mental Health Counselor | Choices | Pay Rate: Discussed at interview | Shift: pt/pm
Provide therapeutic interventions for patients who are being treated within the Choices programs. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
RN-Emergency Department | | Pay Rate: Discussed at interview | Shift: /pm/pt [3pm-11:30pm], pm/pt [11am-11:30pm], nocs/pt-(4)12hour shifts [7pm-7:30am]
Provide total nursing care to patients. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an IL RN license.
Unit Assistant/CNA | Med Surg | Pay Rate: Discussed at interview | Shift: /days/pt, pm/pt
Provide basic nursing care to patients. High school diploma or GED required. CNA with prior experience preferred.
